The site is not directly affiliated with Smugglers’ Notch Resort, nor is it in competition with the resort. It came to be because of a number of Smuggs owners who were looking for a way rent, swap, and sell their timeshare weeks, and to communicate information related to being Smuggs owners, and timeshare owners in general.
